Banking Proposal

Charleston Water System will accept Proposals for Banking Services as indicated in the Proposal packet no later than February 21, 2013 at 10:00am local time.

Charleston Water System may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids or proposals to fulfill requirements, (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that bid or proposal which Charleston Water System deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.

Banking Services

Due to the volume of questions and the importance of accurate answers the Proposal submittal due date has been extended until Friday March 01, 2013. Although the timeline for questions has expired, CWS received three sets of questions that are being formulated with responses that will be sent out as soon as the opportunity presents itself.
