Please complete an Availabilitity Request Form and return it via e-mail or fax as listed on the form. A written response will be mailed to you within five business days.

How do I find out if my property is in Charleston Water System's service area?
Please see our water service area map and our sewer service area map. Some areas, such as North Charleston and parts of James Island, are served by another sewer utility; please contact the appropriate utility for more information:

What is the water pressure in Charleston Water's distribution system?
Water pressure varies by area, and water system design calculations must be based on the results of flow tests. For a fee, Charleston Water system will perform a flow test upon request.
To request a test, please complete the Hydrostatic Flow Test Request Form and mail to the address listed on the form.
