How do I find out if water and/or sewer service is available for my property?

Please complete an Availability Request Form and return it via e-mail or fax as listed on the form. A written response will be mailed to you within five business days.

How do I find out if my property is in Charleston Water System's service area?

What is the water pressure in Charleston Water's distribution system?

Water pressure varies by area, and water system design calculations must be based on the results of flow test. Charleston Water system will perform a flow test upon request for a fee. To request a test, please complete the Hydrostatic Flow Test Request Form and mail to the address listed on the form.

Can I get a map of the water and sewer lines in my area?

Yes. Please submit a Map Request Form.
